When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your piece leaves the studio, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

Yes. All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

How do I determine my bracelet size?

Wrap a ribbon, string, or strip of paper comfortably around your wrist. Mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. This measurement is your wrist size.

For the best fit, we recommend adding ¼–½ inch depending on how snug or loose you prefer your bracelet.

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to purchase a ring sizer or visit a local jeweler for professional sizing. If that’s not possible, you can measure at home by wrapping a strip of paper or ribbon around the base of your finger, marking where it overlaps, and measuring the length. Compare this measurement to a standard ring size chart.

Keep in mind that finger size can fluctuate slightly due to temperature and time of day, so we recommend measuring when your hands are at a normal temperature.

Do you accept returns?

Because our Heirloom Collection pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. Each piece is created specifically for you with careful attention to detail.
